Where to find preferences
Go to Settings > Preferences. All preference changes take effect immediately.
Language
By default, the Agent responds in the same language you use to ask your question. If you prefer the Agent to always respond in a specific language β regardless of how you type β you can set a language preference.
Go to Settings > Preferences.
Find the Language option.
Select your preferred language from the list.
Click Save.
What language affects

You can still override it per conversation β if you type a question in a different language, the Agent may follow your lead for that exchange. The language preference is a default, not a strict rule.
Language is a personal setting tied to your user account, not to the workspace. Each team member can choose their own preferred language independently.
Timezone
Your timezone determines how scheduled operations and timestamps are displayed across the platform.
Go to Settings > Preferences.
Find the Timezone option.
Select your timezone from the list.
Click Save.
What timezone affects

Insight Auto-refresh | Scheduled refreshes run according to your timezone |
Activity timestamps | Created/updated timestamps in Collections and chat display in your local time |
Notifications | Scheduled notifications align with your timezone |
Timezone is a personal setting. If your team spans multiple time zones, each member sees timestamps and schedules relative to their own setting.
