What is a Workspace?
A Workspace is the top-level container for all your Projects, Collections, and files. It belongs to an Organization and is where your team collaborates.
All resources in Instill — Projects, Collections, files — belong to an Organization workspace.
Setting up your workspace
When you first sign up, you'll be guided through creating your workspace:
Create or join an Organization — You can create a new Organization or accept an invitation to join an existing one.
Name your workspace — Give it a name that reflects your team or company.
Start working — Create Projects and Collections, or explore templates.
Switching workspaces
If you belong to multiple Organizations, you can switch between them:
Click the Workspace Switcher at the top of the left sidebar.
Select the workspace you want to switch to.
The sidebar updates to show that workspace's Projects and Collections.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings > People.
Click Invite and enter the email addresses of your team members.
They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
Once invited, team members can access all Projects and Collections within the workspace.
