Instill is designed for accuracy—with page-level citations and grounding every answer in the original documents—but no AI system is 100% accurate.
If the result is unexpected:
Check the citation: Click the source link to verify the original document says what the AI claims
Refine the question: Be more specific, or narrow the scope with @mentions
Check the Collection focus: Ensure the Collection contains relevant documents for the question
Review column instructions: For the Tabular view, check that column descriptions clearly explain what to extract
