What is Instill?

How the workspace is organized?
Projects group related Collections in one place—like folders. A Project defines the topic or area of work (e.g. "Retail Leases").
Collections sit inside Projects. Each Collection takes a set of documents and turns them into a table of AI-generated insights, explorable through multiple views.
