Every Collection has three views, all built from the same underlying files in the table. Switch between them depending on the task.

All three views below reference the same data. When a Collection is @mentioned in chat, the Agent draws from this dataset regardless of which view is active.

Insight overview

Start here with your Collection.

A summary across all documents in the Collection: patterns, risks, key metrics. Use it to understand the big picture before drilling into specifics.

Example

"Across 50 leases, 12 have renewal deadlines in the next 90 days and 8 contain above-market rent escalation clauses."

Tabular view

Compare across documents.

A structured table with every document in the same schema. Use it to compare key terms—rent, expiry dates, liability clauses—side by side. Example: sort all leases by annual rent to identify the highest-cost locations.

Document-level view

Verify a specific document.

A full-page view for a single row. The original document appears on one side, AI-extracted insights on the other. Use it to check whether the AI's extractions match the source.

Example

open a single lease to confirm the extracted rent amount and renewal terms against the original PDF.
