Cross-project questions
Even if your content is spread across multiple Projects, you can use @mention in Chat to reference multiple Projects or multiple Collections from different Projects at the same time.
Type
@and select the first Project or CollectionType
@again and select additional onesAsk the question
Example
@Active Leases @Lease Amendments Which tenants have renewal deadlines in the next 90 days, and were any renewal terms modified in the amendments?
This allows the Agent to consider information from all of them together and generate broader insights when you need cross-topic analysis.
How the Agent decides which Collections to use?
When a Project is @mentioned, the Agent:
Lists all Collections under that Project
Analyzes which are most relevant to the question
Selects 2-3 Collections to search
Retrieves data and generates an answer
Want more control?
If the Agent selects less relevant Collections, @mention the specific Collection(s) directly instead of the Project.
