What is Snapshot History?

Snapshot History keeps a record of changes made to your Collection over time. You can view what changed, when it changed, and restore a previous version if needed.

How to use Snapshot History

  1. Open a Collection.

  2. Access the Snapshot History from the Collection actions menu.

  3. Browse the timeline of changes.

  4. Select any previous snapshot to preview it.

  5. Click Restore to revert the Collection to that state.

What is recorded?

Snapshot History tracks changes to:

  • Row additions and deletions

  • Column additions, modifications, and deletions

  • Cell value changes (both manual and AI-generated)

  • Structural changes to the Collection

Undo and Redo

In addition to Snapshot History, Collections support Undo and Redo for quick corrections:

  • Undo β€” Revert the last change.

  • Redo β€” Re-apply a change that was undone.

This works for all Collection operations and is available during your current session.
