Documents can be added to a Collection in several ways:
From the Tabular View
Open a Collection and switch to the Tabular View
Click "Add a row"
Select "Upload a file" or drag and drop files directly
Single and batch uploads are supported
What happens after upload?
Once uploaded, the system:
Reads and processes the document content
Extracts structure (tables, sections, key fields)
Makes the content searchable
Auto-fills any AI columns defined in the Collection
Processing time depends on document length and complexity. Most documents are ready within seconds to a few minutes. Once processing is complete, the content is available for questions and analysis immediately.
